- Participates in meta-assessment and supports student learning outcomes assessment at the program level
- Leads campus efforts to maintain the institution’s Academic Program Inventory

- Coordinates the online administration of the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST)
- Serves as the chair of the Academic Assessment Council
- Assists with the planning, assessment, review, and reporting of programmatic student learning outcomes as part of the university’s Assessment Steering Committee
- Provides support for the planning and documentation of Volunteer Core student learning outcomes assessment in conjunction with the Volunteer Core Assessment Committee
- Assists with faculty credentialing in collaboration with Faculty Affairs

- Administers all aspects of TNVoice (Tennessee Volunteer Online Instructor & Course Evaluation) including technical support, reporting issues, and staying current on best practices in student evaluation of instruction
- Provides support for the administration of the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) and related surveys (BCSSE and FSSE). Also provides analysis of the surveys for the university community as well as for the THEC Quality Assurance Funding process
- Oversees the annual evaluation for Deans and Department Heads
- Serves on the university’s Assessment Steering Committee
